Saif bin Zayed is an example to all of us in dedicated service to the country: Major General Al Nuaimi
Major General Nasser La Khreibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has urged Senior Directors and Officials to promote the performance of their Departments. He confirms that the "Secret Shopper" aims at presenting developed services to police customers at all service locations and increasing customer service culture awareness.
He confirms that the "Secret Shopper" is not for tracing mistakes but for improving image and performance. The Higher Leadership is well aware of those who work very hard. He urges all to take HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, as their shining example of dedication of work, country service and safeguarding of country security and community members properties.
This statement was made during the Introductory Seminar organized by ADP Strategy and Performance Development Department, on Wednesday. Major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director General of Finance and Services, Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Risi, Director General of Central Operations, Brigadier Faris Al Farsi, Director General of Security Guard and Special tasks at ADP, Representatives of Expertise Houses and Senior Officers were present at the Seminar.
The Secretary General appreciated HH directives in human element development. He announced that ADP GHQ would soon launch "General Inspector Service".
He urged the Directors to take criticism that develop and promote their Departments and performance of their employees. The "secret Shopper" paid 200 visits since its launch on the 13th of last December. It has been implemented in 14 service Departments and 18 Police Stations in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western region.
He urged the Directors General to take critical views and suggestions without resentment. Administrative control is one of agencies success and service development.
"Some pensioners present suggestions, while they are out of service, to develop the performance of their previous Departments. It would have been better if they had presented these suggestions while they were in service. He has urged all to make use of the time when they earn their salaries", added Al Nuaimi.
He has confirmed the importance of presenting innovations that serve the community. Some officers communicate to the Secretariat general of HH's office what is said in nationals' gatherings of complaints and suggestions for the interest of police work and employees' performance.
He concluded by saying "Police elements now live their golden era in comparison with their counterparts in other jobs. He urges all to work as one hand. The "Secret Shopper" and the outcome of his visits will be submitted to the Directors due to performance development electronic system, through which all data and suggestions that serve employees performance will be reviewed".
In the same context Ila Dimnah and Alaudeen Al Hajji, from specialized expertise house presented a brief on the working programme of the "Secret Shopper" and steps to be followed to develop employees' performance. Questions of the present were answered and they indicated that the programme would continue for one year on trial and it would carry out 1000 visits.
