"Saaed" distributes dates to motorists involved in minor accidents
Saaed for Traffic System distributed packaged dates to fasting motorists whose vehicles involved in minor accidents in Abu Dhabi, as a social gesture in the holy month of Ramadan.
Maryam Mohammad Al Ahmadi, Executive Manger of Public Relations and Customer Services Department in Saaed aid "The initiative is in response to the directives of Colonel (Engineer) Hussain Ahmed Al Harthi, Director of ADP Directorate of Traffic and Patrols and Chairman of Saaed Board of Directors, to activate the social role that Saaed plays to reduce the sufferings of fasting drivers.
"Along with the dates, awareness brochures will be distributed. They urge drivers to move their vehicle off the road in case of minor accidents and to park their vehicles on the road shoulder until Saaed experts arrive, to avoid traffic jams and delays", added Al Ahmadi.
"Distribution of dates to drivers involved in minor accidents will help them to overcome the feelings of stress and anger which come with minor accidents. Other drivers traveling during Iftar time will find no need to speed in order to catch the meal at their homes", added Al Ahmadi.
"Road experts, who attend to minor accidents, provide drivers with advice and guidance related to road safety, and explaining the dangers of speeding, especially for those who want to join their families at Iftar meal. Traffic awareness plays a great role in reducing accidents especially during Ramadan meal time", added Al Ahmadi.
Saaed Working Hours in Ramadan
Maryam Al Ahmadi has announced the working hours in the Department of Public Relations and Customer Services during the holy month of Ramadan as follows:
Morning shift: from 09:00 to 15:00 hours;
Evening shift: from 21:00 to 03:00 hours; except Fridays and Saturdays.
"The Department will attend to customers' needs and queries and finalizing their transactions as quickly as possible. Promotion of services and dedication of the concept of total quality are the main goals of the Department in Saaed for Traffic Systems.
She has affirmed that in response to the high leadership, the employees of Saaed Company are keen to deliver distinguished service throughout the year with a high standard of quality. She has appreciated the employees' efforts and their positive response to the new directives.
