Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police honored Capt. Nasser Abdullah Al Saadi, Head of Public Relations Branch, and officer in charge of change methodology at the Department of Emergency and Public safety; for his outstanding efforts in promoting change approach in 2011.
Al Raisi stressed the importance of honoring outstanding staff members who are sparing no effort in the application of methodologies, to set a good example for others, to be more motivated towards excellence and to promote the spirit of competition between workers at all police institutions.
Captain A l Saadi has set up an action plan about Abu Dhabi Police, since the beginning of last year, on the application and dissemination of change methodology, to enhance the understanding of change management, and the establishment of courses and lectures for all personnel to be prepared to make a difference at work, to keep up with modern developments in this field.
Among the most prominent achievements of Captain Saadi was that he summarized a book titled "Who moved my cheese" and another one "our iceberg is melting". The first one describes change in one's work and life in an amazing way while the other book promotes methodology of change in the institutions.
Al Saadi has also prepared a folding "methodology of change "in an interesting manner, where he showed the nature and stages of change management, the scientific method, and the conditions to be met in the process of change.
