Brigadier Mohamed Abdullah Alwan, Director General for Residency and Foreigners’ affairs in Ajman, inaugurated a coffee shop in the reception area at the Directorate General’s main building. . This comes within the diligent efforts to improve clients’ experience and exceed their expectations while processing their transactions; in addition to providing quality services to its internal customers.
Brigadier Mohammed Alwan indicated that the coffee shop opening is one of the most important development projects established by the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman in 2013; to provide an exceptional experience for its customers and reviewers. He pointed out that the project benefitted from the human resources creative skills to execute the idea proposed by first Lt. Amer Al Shamsi, who will be honored as per the methodology of proposals, creativity and innovation launched by the Ministry of Interior to harness its staff’s creative energies to develop work.
He added: “The coffee shop is part of a series of developmental initiatives that the Directorate General plans to implement during 2013; in line with its preparations to upgrade customer service centers to obtain a 7-star rating, as per the Emirates Distinguished Government Service Program, which aims to enhance the competitiveness of the public service sector to match the private sector with respect to the efficiency and quality of services.
