Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters honored 26 distinguished Officers, non commissioned officers and civilians who received the Outstanding Employee Award at the Directorate General of Police Operations.
During the honoring ceremony which was held at his office, Major General Mohammed bin Al Owadi Al Menhali, Director General of Police Operations General Department at the Abu Dhabi Police stressed the police commandment’s keenness to encourage and motivate the distinguished members in order to achieve better rates of excellence in performance, to promote development efforts of police and security performance.
Al Menhali added: “Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters’ strategy focuses on the human element and motivates distinguished personnel to elevate work and performance to the highest levels as per the advanced international standards.”
He congratulated the honored members and urged them to pursue their efforts on the path of excellence, competitiveness and innovation in the various works fields, and become a role model to their colleagues.
Major General Al Owadi presented certificates and appreciation awards on the honored members, in the presence of Deputy Director of Police Operations Brigadier Omeir Mohammad Al Muhairi, alongside a number of department heads and Police directorates’ directors.
The honoring ceremony included 26 distinguished members from the Director General’s office at the General Directorate of Police Operations, Capital Police Directorate, Al Ain Police Department, Al Gharbia Police Department, the Peripheral Police Department, as well as from the Abu Dhabi Police Criminal Investigation Department, Traffic and Patrol Directorate, Community Police Department and the Social Support Centers department.
