ADP trains its personnel to build working
teams and to develop team sprit
Colonel Hameed Saeed Al Aazri, Deputy Director for Administration and finance Affairs at al Ain Police Directorate witnessed on Thursday the graduation ceremony of training courses. The first was “Building Working Teams and Developing Team Spirit” and “Dealing with the Public Skills’. The first course was attended by 29 persons and the second was attended by 16 persons, from different Sections and Branches of the Directorate. The course took place at the City Seasons Hotel in Al Ain and continued during the period from 3 to 17 June 2010.
During the ceremony Al Aazri affirmed the police leadership keenness to enhance training and development standards in order to promote the employees performance standards. He thanked instructors for their efforts in training and he urged the trainees to apply what they had learned in their work.
At the end of the ceremony Colonel Al Aazri accompanied by Colonel Yasser Suhail Bal Sharqi, Head of Administrative Affairs Section, gave away certificates to the graduates.
