A Workshop on career development at ADP Operations
The Operations Department at ADP GHQ has organized a workshop at Abu Dhabi Operations Section for the enhancement of communication with employees and identification of improvement opportunities, upon the results of studies and questionnaires about performance quality.
The workshop was attended by Colonel Ali Mohammad Al Dhahri, Director of Operations, captain Issa Al Marzouqi, his Office Director and International Standard Team Members.
The workshop discussed the result of a questionnaire on customer satisfaction, career excellence programme, secret customer and other issues related to evaluation criteria.
The workshop was the first within the Career Development Programme Activities for 2010. It was intended to spread the culture of active communication between the Department and Employees, in respect of procedures, instructions, Department Projects and future plans, and strategic initiatives.
