Director of Human Resources and acting Director General of Police Operations, Major General Mohammed bin Al Awadhi Al Menhali, met on Wednesday at his office the Chief of Police with the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia (MPDC) Cathy L. Lanier and the accompanying delegation.
Present were Brigadier Jassem al Marzouqi, deputy director of human resources and a number of police officers.
Al Awadhi briefed the visiting delegation on the visions, goals and strategy of Abu Dhabi Police. He also informed them of the tasks carried out by the Human Resources and the Police Operations General Directorates, in addition to the role of policewomen.
The two sides have also revised ways of boosting ties of cooperation, especially in the field of exchanging police expertise. They have also agreed to sign a number of agreements in the near future.
