The Al Ain Customs team receives the Abu Dhabi Police Special Tasks 9th Ramadan Football Championship Cup for the first time after a deserved win against the Support Services team in the final match. The championship game was held recently at the covered hall of the Special Tasks Section in Al Ain. The match, featuring great offensive performances and defensive strengths from both teams, concluded with penalty kicks resulting in a score of 4-3.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, accompanied by Major Saeed Nasser Al Esa’ie, Chief of Special Tasks Section, honored the sponsoring and supporting entities that brought success to the Ramadan championship. Organizing committee members and referees were also honored.
The championship’s Top Scorer award went to Abdul Ghani Labda’ from the Al Ain Customs team, while Mohammed Matloub from Support Services team received the title of Best Player. The Best Goalkeeper title went to Mohammed Mubarak from the Special Tasks team, while the Ideal Administrator title went to Suleiman Al Se’ari from the Support Services team. The Carrefour team received the Ideal Team award. The Support Services team was honored for coming in second place in the championship; the Al Ain Customs team was honored as the champion of the 9th Ramadan Football Championship.
