Brigadier Faris Khalifa Al Farsi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police Guards and Special Tasks Directorate honored nine outstanding personnel through the 16th session of the Ideal Employee Award 2012. This acknowledgement covers various sections of the office of the director general, and recognizes the employees’ efforts to improve working mechanisms.
Furthermore, Al Farsi explained that honoring ideal employees is part of the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters strategy, which is aimed at lauding fruitful achievements and outstanding staff performance, as recognizing staff productivity is the real investment for developing individual and collective skills. He also pointed out that this acknowledgement will contribute to promoting and fostering creativity and innovation, and will motivate employees to adopt constructive ideas in work development.
As for the honored employees, they expressed their joy in receiving this recognition, pointing out that this award is more than a medal decorating the chest, but a strong motivation to do more in serving the country. Moreover, they stressed that this cherished certification will urge them to develop their creativity and innovation, and increase performance to be in line with the international standards adopted by Abu Dhabi Police.
