Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Police got the ISO 2008: 9001 for the third time consecutively. The certification was awarded by the "Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance”, the accredited body in the Middle East and North Africa.
The certificate was awarded in recognition of the department's efforts in facilitating the services provided to clients as well as developing a system of correspondence and complaints, grievances and inquiries concerning personnel, increasing customer satisfaction and improving follow-up of initiatives and key performance indicators, and development projects and improving the quality of services, in materialization of the modernization strategy adopted by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
Colonel Mohammed Ahmed Ma'youf Al Kutbi, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department expressed his Department's pride to obtain this prestigious certificate for the third time; in recognition of its commitment to continuous quality standards and work excellence, and provision of the best services to its partners and customers.
He emphasized that obtaining the certificate was a result of the efforts of all employees of the Department, and in materialization of their responsibility in achieving the standards and quality requirements in an integrated manner.
