The Social Support Centers Department of Abu Dhabi Police honored the Organizing Committee of the “Role of the Family in Modern Society” conference, in recognition of the significant role played by the various departments, sections and strategic partners. The honoring ceremony was held at the Fairmont Hotel, Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi.
Colonel Mohammed Ahmed Al Hosani, Deputy Director of Social Support Centers Department, lauded the constructive ideas that were raised during the conference. He also lauded the role of the organizers and partners in supporting the events organized by the Social Support Centers Department, which constitutes a quantum leap in the various spheres of social life.
In his address, Lieutenant Colonnel Saeed Al Kaabi, Head of the Victims Support Department, explained that the Conference hosted many psychologists, social experts and relevant institutions. Moreover, it succeeded in achieving the desired objectives and contributed to promote the concept of community police, as per the vision and strategy of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.
Furthermore, Al Kaabi praised the efforts of the organizers which contributed directly to the success of the conference and lead to organizing many events and conferences that focus on community service and means to enhance its security and stability.
At the end of the ceremony, which was attended by a large number of officers and police employees; shields and certificates of appreciation were distributed on the organizers and strategic partners.
