Students from Al Ghazali School in Abu Dhabi have acquntited themselves with the service offered by the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department to the community.
Upon their visit to the department, a delegation representing the school have visited the department and listened to the lecture delivered by Colonel Mohammed Maiyouf Al Kutbi, director of the department in which he covered the developments witnessed by the department as well as the applicable regulations.
Motorists and pedestrians must abide by traffic rules applied in the country which were mainly set up to ensure the protection and safety of road users, Al Kutbi reiterated, referring to the dangers of reckless driving and over speeding on motorists, passengers and road users.
Students have been enlightened about the conditions necessary to obtain driving licenses, and have also been provided with some traffic guides.
Accompanied by first Lit Hazza Mohammed, the students toured the sections of the department and at the end of the visit; Colonel al Kutbi presented memorial gifts to them.
