Brigadier Hamad Adeel Al Shamsi, Director General of the Punitive Reformatory Establishments at the Ministry of Interior, launched the specialized course for the new affiliates to the Punitive Reformatory Establishments in Abu Dhabi. The course is organized by the Directorate General of Punitive Reformatory Establishments, in cooperation with the American Correctional Association (ACA), with 83 participants. Attending the launching ceremony were Brigadier Sami Hareb Al Munthari, Director of Human Resources and Support Services; and Colonel Saeed Obaid Al Naqbi from the Punitive Reformatory Establishment in Abu Dhabi.
In his statement, Brigadier Al Shamsi, underscored the keenness of the Ministry to implement its strategy to develop its human cadres, urge them for further commitment and perseverance, and to benefit from such courses held for the first time by foreign parties who enjoy a long-standing experience in this area.
Concluding, Brigadier Al Shamsi expressed his appreciation to the (ACA) American Correctional Association’s Director General for the Association’s participation and assistance to qualify the human cadres to enable them to carry out the tasks assigned to them in a refined manner.
