Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, held discussions with his Iranian counterpart, Mustafa Muhammad Al Najjar, who is currently visiting the UAE. The discussions took place during a gala dinner, which was hosted by His Highness late yesterday at The Address Downtown Dubai Hotel, in honor of the visiting minister and his accompanying delegation.
His Highness welcomed the Iranian Minister of Interior and his delegation underscoring the importance of mutual cooperation in policing and security topics that serve the functions and responsibilities in both ministries.
The event was attended by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior and a number of high-ranking police officers. The delegation included a number of assistants and advisors in addition to high-ranking officials in the Iranian Ministry of Interior.
