The Creativity and Leadership Development Center recently organized a workshop to introduce the distinguished leadership competencies programs at the Ministry of Interior. The workshop, which was held at the center’s headquarters in the capital, aimed at identifying, sponsoring, and developing the competencies of creative officers at the ministry and creating a suitable atmosphere for competition between participants; in addition to enhancing performance and efficiency.
It is worth mentioning that the program is designed to prepare promising competencies for the future by identifying and selecting the best candidates who applied for the program, after meeting the assessment center’s requirements; and then preparing a development program to involve them in the training courses established based on key leadership competencies applied at the Ministry of Interior; in cooperation with the best educational institutions.
Moreover, the event focused on preparing an interchange program aimed at mobilizing participants to take part in meetings and discussions with leaders at the Ministry of Interior, as well as organizing internal and external visits to various police and civil sectors, to acquaint participants with the modern leadership concepts and with the best international practices and applications in this area.
