Under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the one-day Breakthrough Leadership Conference will begin next Tuesday in Abu Dhabi, Emirates Palace Hotel.
It is organized by General Directorate of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police.
Held for the third time, the conference aims to boost the concept of quality, innovation and excellence, indicated director of Human Resources, Major General Mohammed bin Al Awadhi Al Menhali. A number of papers addressing issues that concern the leaders in the region will be presented at the conference by privileged international experts, he further indicated.
The conference will cast light on the ways of implementing the blue ocean strategy for the government and private sector institutions, the challenges facing leader and methods of overcoming them, in addition to a number of issues including, the characteristics of the successful leader, communication between the leader, members and the public, leadership transformation and disseminating of culture of excellence and innovation, he added.
