In two separate incidents, the Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing Department rescued two infants, a National and an Egyptian, whose situation was described as very critical, and transferred them expeditiously to hospitals.
In details, the Air Wing Aircraft ambulance received a report from the Police Central Operations, stating that a 2-day old National infant is in a critical health condition and requires urgent medical care. The Air Ambulance aircraft, equipped with a modern incubator, immediately took off to Delma Hospital in the Western Region, and transferred the infant to Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi.
In another incident, the Air Wing Aircraft ambulance transferred a 4-hour old Egyptian infant, in a deteriorating health condition, and suffering from breathing difficulties, from Delma Hospital in the Western Region to Rahba Hospital in the capital to complete treatment and undergo the necessary medical care.
