Major General Nasser Al Awadhi Al Menhali, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry for Naturalization, Residence and Ports has met with Lt. Col. Awadh Ahmed Al Marar, Director of Residence and Foreigners Affairs in Al Ain, and Lt. Col. Saeed Salem Bal Has Al Shamesi, Director of Border Points Passports department, and a number of officers at the border exits of the city of Al Ain.
During the meeting, a number of issues have been discussed including the latest work developments, opportunities for improvement and development of the overall performance of the sector of naturalization, residence and ports.
Al Menhali stressed the importance of simplification of work procedures, and provision of better services to the customers to reach the highest possible satisfaction, as well as working to overcome the obstacles that might hinder the progress of work, and finding appropriate solutions.
He underscored the importance of the role of border crossings being the front façade of the country, the significance to continue efforts to provide quality services to clients and tourists, and to highlight the bright and civilized image of the country.
