The Central Operations Department at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ launched the 2012 annual shooting competition third phase program for the officers of its affiliated departments. The launch was held in the Abu Dhabi Police Officers Club.
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police Central Operations took part in the contest, alongside a number of department directors and their deputies, and a number of officers.
Major Gen. Al Raisi emphasized the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s keenness to train officers on the art of shooting, in line with its basic training programs.
The competition was supervised by Captain Muhammad Ali Al Zaabi and Captain Nasser Al Saidi, Secretary of the Sports Committee at the Central Operations Department.
Following the competition, participants celebrated the UAE 41st National Day.
