Abu Dhabi Police, UNDOC discuss co-operation

A senior ABU DHABI Police representative of the UN office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in the Middle East and North Africa on Tuesday discussed ways of bolstering co-operation between the UAE and the international organization.

Colonel Matar Al Muhairi, director of Capital Police Department, and Dr Mahdi Mohammed of the UNODC also exchanged views on the latest methods applied globally in anticrime and drug prevention,

Dr Madi praised efforts made by the interior ministry and police authorities in fighting narcotic drugs and crime.
