Preparation begins for GCC leaders meet
High Security escort Training for Abu Dhabi Police Personnel
Number of Police personnel from the Traffic and Patrol department of the Abu Dhabi Police will be undergoing high security escort training from next week, said Col. Mohammad Al Awady Al Menhaily, General Manager of the Human resources directorate of the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police.
The Training will be provided by H. Jaldung and Peter Nord from Sweden who are experts in this field.
The escort training is being carried out in view of the forthcoming GCC leaders meet and the need to provide high security escort for the leaders.
The training program will focus both on theoretical as well as practical aspects of the training requirements for the Police escorts, especially while escorting VIPS.
The training will help the Police personnel to properly plan the nature of escort requirement for assuring total safety of the VIP being escorted, and provide the suitable kind of security while escorting.
The traing will also help the Police Personnel to assess the security needs, threats and other aspects peculiar to the situations. The training will be for duration of four weeks, Said Col.Al Awady.
