Police Delegation visits foreign countries

A delegation led by Lt.Col.Saif Al Kheeli, visited the national center for international punishments in Manchester, courts and police stations in Liverpool and Lincoln UK.
The purpose of the visit was to acquaint themselves with the alternate systems of punishments against minor crimes and offences at these places so as to make use of their experience in UAE if its suits the situation in this country.
The delegation also acquainted with the social punishments and rehabilitation programs adopted at these places and discussed various issues with their counterpart.
