New facility and single window solution for re-issue of residency documents

Brigadier Mohammed Al Awadi Al Manhaili, acting director general of the operations department at the General Headquarters announce the new procedure for the re issue of lost residency documents in the emirate.

 

No police reports need to be obtained for the replacement of passports, national identities or any such documents. They can now directly approach the new facility at the residency department for completing the procedure to re-issue of the lost document. This will be applicable for both nationals and expatriates. Such steps come as part of the new initiatives that are being implemented for providing easy and hassle free services to the public added, Al Manhaili.
