Care reviews ADP Complaints and Suggestions Model
A delegation from Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care, Headed by Soud Aydh al Utaibi, office Director to the Secretary General has paid a visit to the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development ADP GHQ to review its Complaints and Suggestions Model.
Nuha Rashid Al Hinai, Director of MoI Department of Complaints and Suggestions, has presented to the delegation a detailed explanation of the system of complaints and suggestions and its objectives, affirming that the system is in response to our higher leadership as part of constructive initiatives, including the launching of strategic plan of Abu Dhabi Emirate, which expresses solidarity and joint cooperation between the Emirates Government Departments and Agencies.
Captain Abdullah Al Amri, Director of Innovation Branch, together with 1st Lt. Khalid al Dhahri, Director of Committees Branch, have presented an explanation of Policing Innovation Award and steps followed by ADP to form teams. He has reviewed implementation of award standards. The delegation also has reviewed ADP standards of institutional excellence.
‘The concept of innovation and its requirements has been clear from the first steps when ADP started making its plan in response to the police leadership directives. It was implemented in accordance with methodological steps and effective mechanisms”, added Al Amri.
Captain Rashid Abdullah al Dosari, Head of Institutional Excellence Secretariat Section at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development, has explained ADP journey to Abu Dhabi Government Performance Excellence Award, process of change since 2003 with the launch of the first strategic plan, the following developments, ADP GHQ Organizational Structure, Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development Organizational Structure, and its different tasks and duties. Then he has stated the efforts of working parties in implementation of global standards of quality, to promote general performance and implementation of institutional excellence standards by ADP.
Lt. Mohammad Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director of Employees Care Branch at ADP GHQ, has explained the concept of employees care and how the Branch receives complaint from complainant, forwards it to the authorities concerned and replies to it in accordance with the law and regulations.
The aim of the Branch is to achieve justice, fairness and transparency among the GHQ employees with their different ranks and grades. The Branch also educates employees on the Branch’s tasks and duties through workshops and media plans.
Media Expert, Muhideen Qasim Ismaeel has explained ADP GHQ efforts in spreading quality and institutional excellence culture among its employees. The magazine “Quality” supports these efforts by publishing researches and studies and review of latest concepts and researches in quality at local, regional and international levels.
Soud Aydh Al Utaibi has appreciated receiving of excellence award by ADP GHQ which is a thing to be proud of by all the UAE people. The award also is in return of ADP GHQ efforts in maintaining the country security and stability. Then he has wished ADP GHQ further successes and thanked the working team for their warm welcome.
