Major General Mohammad bin Al Awadhi Al Minhali, Director General of ADP Human Resources and Director General of Policing Operations, has honored recently 49 employees who achieved excellent results in their studies.
Six of them were sent by ADP for university studies inside and outside the country, and 43 personnel's achieved excellent results in the training courses organized by the Department of Training of the Directorate General of Human Resources.
Al Awadhi has affirmed the keenness of the Police Leadership to pay attention to human elements by motivating distinguished employees and all that develop the abilities of ADP personnel, and continue excellence which ADP witnesses at all its departments, through organization of courses in scientific and practical fields of specialization.
ADP ambitious strategy aims to develop working cadres and to create a competitive environment which achieves the goals of our leadership of improving quality, in line with the country stature among world countries.
Al Awadhi has urged the honored employees to maintain this achievement and to work harder. Honoring of employees is a small part of the incentive which the leadership offers to diligent and efficient employees, in appreciation of their great efforts. He hopes that this honoring will motivate all ADP employees for dedication and loyalty.
He has lauded their success and efforts in raising performance level and their hard work, dedication and sincerity. He has wished all ADP success in their careers and urged them for further successes.
On the other hand Lt. Colonel Thani Batti Al Shamsi, Director of Training at the Directorate General of Human Resources, said “Each Department can achieve its goals, if every one of its members performs his duties properly, affirming the importance of good training, as an important strategic means to prepare able cadres to meet the needs of ADP GHQ and to keep pace with changes and developments that take place in all areas”.
“As administrative training is very important to deepen and raise the directors abilities at different levels, ADP GHQ employs best expertise houses and coordinates with the embassies of friendly countries to ensure that all ADP GHQ personnel receive best doses of training and best global practices in all security areas”, added Al Shamsi.
The honored employees have expressed their pride with ADP leadership support, lauding this honorable imitative which will motivate them for achieving more successes. By this honoring they are obliged to maintain this level of performance.
