Constitution and Law have guaranteed laborers several rights which they can exercise within the law framework and under its umbrella. On top of these rights are: Freedom of believes and carrying out religious rituals, the right to resort to judicial authorities for claiming financial rights or complaining against any grievances against him. He has also explained to them their rights before security and judicial authorities when they appear before them in any case, such as the right of providing them with translators and reading official documents to them before signing them. These rights practices shall be within the law limits".

The country has provided means of decent life for everyone and has given him all law-protected rights. Anyone who lives in this country must in turn fulfill his obligations as stipulated by law, which are intended for his own safety and security. Al Ghoul has stressed that legal residence in the country is essential for law protection. Any violation of residency and naturalization laws, such as illegal infiltration or residence, or working for persons other than the sponsor will lead to legal action against you. The legal presence of the laborer in the country is the cornerstone for be given the rights stipulated in local legislations and international conventions. Violation of the country laws makes laborers liable to be punished by law and be exploited by greedy people, the thing that deprives them of their deserved financial rights.

He has also reminded the audience to be fully aware of traffic law and regulations which are intended for their safety. These include crossing roads at the designated spots to avoid being knocked down by speeding vehicles. Peop
