Three batches of trainees graduated at Sharjah Federal Police School
Sharjah Federal Police School has celebrated recently graduation of three batches of trainees attended three training courses under the titles: “Qualification for Promotion to Sergeant Rank”, “Urdu Language” and “Development of Skills of Correctional and Punitive Establishments Employees”.
First course graduation ceremony was witnessed by Brigadier Ali Mohammad bin Darwish, Director General of MoI Human Resources, in the presence of Colonel (Dr.) Jasim Mohammad al Bakr, Deputy Director of the School, Heads of Sections and a number of School officers.
Bin Darwish said in his speech to the graduates “Modernization and development concepts, keeping pace with developments and continuous education are part of MoI culture and deep rooted traditions, work values and performance standards. It receives great support to maintain its personnel preparedness through qualification and training in accordance with the latest global standards”.
“MoI Police Colleges, Institutes and Schools graduate generations of the country people who join work with their colleagues and bear national work responsibilities at different policing and security areas. They represent an effective addition to the police force of the country after receiving training in latest policing and security systems so as to perform their tasks and duties efficiently”, added bin Darwish.
40 personnel from different MoI HQs and Directorates General participated in Urdu Language and Development of Correctional and Punitive Establishments Employees Skills. The graduation ceremony was attended by Colonel Ahmed Abdullah Al Hajri, Director of federal School, Colonel (Dr.) Jasim Al Bakr, Deputy Director of the School and a number of School officers.
Colonel Al Hajri in his speech to the graduates said “Specialized courses and training programmes reflect MoI keenness to raise the proficiency of its human elements to enable them to perform their tasks and duties in a proper way. The courses seek to promote trainees to the highest levels as a strategic objective”.
“MoI is keen to create integrated curricula which strike balance between police sciences and development and modernization requirements which suit MoI needs”, added Colonel Al Hajri.
He urged graduates to apply what they had learned to their different work areas. At the end of the ceremony he gave away certificates to graduates.
