MoI signs agreement on “secret shopper” project
 

The Ministry of Interior signed on Tuesday at its headquarters a cooperation agreement with one of the international consultancy companies which is specialized in conducting secret shopper studies.

The agreement is meant to implement the secret shopper project in all the sectors of the Ministry of Interior, to improve the performance and the services, in line with the vision of the higher leadership which is keen on delivery of excellent services to all the clients of the Ministry of Interior across the UAE.
The agreement was signed by Lt General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior and Robert Kay CEO of the Company.

The agreement was signed upon the directives of Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minster and Minster of Interior, strategic goals of the ministry regarding the public confidence in the services delivered by the Ministry of Interior.

He stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Interior to deliver high quality services that meet and exceed the customers’ expectations, and to assess level of performance and quality of services provided. He indicated that the project of secret shopper will be implanted in various basic sectors of the Ministry of Interior mainly those units having direct contacts with clients.

For his part, Robert Kay CEO of the Company affirmed that this agreement is bridge of communication between the company and the Ministry of Interior to achieve its strategic goals in delivering high quality services.

Present at the signing ceremony were Major General Humaid Ali Al Hadidi, Commander in Chief of Sharjah Police, Brigadier Ali Abdullah Elwan, Commander General of Ajman Police, Brigadier Mubarak Rabie’, director general of Residency and Expatriates Affairs in Al Fujairah, Colonel Rashed bin Ahmed Al Mualla, Commander in - Chief of Umm Al Quwain Police, Colonel Aziz Humoud Al Ameri, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior and a number of police officers.
