Ministry of Interior intends to introduce a programme
  for complaints and suggestions  

 

 

The Ministry of Interior intends to launch a programme for complaints and suggestions based on best global practices in order to achieve MoI strategic objectives for the years 2010 – 2015. 

The Directorate General of Strategy discussed in a workshop held at ADP Forensic Evidence Conference Room, the advantages of the new programme, in the presence of Major Hamad Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi, Acting Director of Strategy and Performance Development and a number of specialized officers.

Major Al Nuaimi said "The system has already been implemented by ADP for one year. The next step is to be implemented by MoI. I applaud the efforts of Major General Nasser La Khreibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior".

Alaudeen Al Hajji, from the company providing the service, gave a presentation on the programme technologies, how to log in, how to send complaints and suggestions round the clock and how to follow up and take necessary action.

He also said "The system includes a number of services delivered by MoI, such as issuance of visas, traffic violations, transfer of patients, storing of fire works, abuse of animals, water leaks on roads and traffic jams, sale of contraband goods, working for persons other than the sponsor, street vendors, posing as a security officer and others".

"The system will allow users to review the answers and responses to their complaints or suggestions. According to the system the complaints will be forwarded to coordinators at relevant MoI Departments", added Al Hajji.
