The Directorate of Traffic and Patrols at Abu Dhabi Police has renewed ISO (9001/2008), certification following a visit by Lloyd’s Quality international team of specialists who approved the conformity of procedures and administrative traffic practices adopted by the Directorate in its all sections spreading in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Mafraq.
Brigadier Engineer Hussein Ahmad Al Harithi, Director of Traffic and Patrols at Abu Dhabi Police, asserted Directorate’s keenness on the implementation of the best practices and international standards through the adoption of uniform and verified procedures within the development strategy adopted by the Directorate to upgrade performance to the global quality and excellence standards, improve human resources and provide them with the modern administrative concepts.
Renewal of this high profile global certification indicates the efforts to maintain international quality standards in the services provided by the Directorate in the various traffic and administrative fields.
Al Harithi praised the efforts of quality team at the Directorate for conducting internal audit of the administrative and traffic processes, in accordance with best practices and international standards.
