Abu Dhabi Police discuss shifting into online services
 

The heads of strategic planning departments at the Abu Dhabi police general directorates discussed the ways of listing and sorting out services in order to change them into online services, in a bid to develop and improve their quality.

The initiative came as part of the three day- workshop which was organized by the Customers Services Department at the Secretariat General of the Office of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior for the heads of the strategic planning departments in order to discuss the services guide and the mechanism of shifting them into online services.

Director of the Customer Services Department, Lt. Colonel Nasser Al Kaabi emphasized the keenness of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ to develop its public services in terms of increasing the channels of their provision and clarifying procedures to get them, thus facilitating access to them and boosting the customers’ confidence.

The project reflects the strategic priorities of Abu Dhabi police in developing services and implementing strategic projects related to customer services and increasing public confidence, added Al Kaabi.
