A plan approved to train 3000 employees at the Ministry of Interior
The Ministry of Interior has approved a plan for training three thousands employees, and also organized a training workshop on the methodology of the Higher Committee Department.
The coordinative committee affiliated to the Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior, has approved a plan for training 3000 employees working at the different ministry’s departments, and assigning some of them in supervision jobs.
As part of the said plan, the methodology of new committees has also been studied.
The committee has held its inaugural meeting this year at the conference room at the Directorate General of Al Fujairah Police, under the chairmanship of Colonel. Mohammed bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, director general of Strategy and Performance Development.
On the other hand, the Higher Committees Department at the Secretariat- General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minster of Interior, organized a training workshop to discuss the methodology of the Higher Committees Department.
The workshop was inaugurated by Colonel. Mohammed bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, director general of Strategy and Performance Development. He emphasized that all the achievement made by the Ministry in general and the Higher Committees Department, in particular has been a direct result of the police leadership vision.
He clarified that the work of committees has achieved the goals of Ministry of Interior, and fulfilled the best experiences which contributed to the Ministry harvesting most prizes of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program
The workshop was attended by Lt. Colonel Hamad Abdurrahman Al Nuaimi, acting director of the Higher Committees Department and committees members and secretariat at the Ministry of Interior.
