 “Abu Dhabi Pensions Fund’ reviews ADP model
 of strategic planning

 

Lt. Colonel Fayssal Sultan Al Shuaibi, Director of P Department of Strategy and Performance Development has received recently a delegation from Abu Dhabi Pensions Fund, headed by Zuheir Hayat, Director of Strategic Planning Office. Members of the delegation are: Hussain al Musawi,, Director of IT, Mona Manssour, Strategies Coordinator and Mona al Jeneibi, Senior Strategic Administrator, with the presence of a number of officers, expert and civilian employees.

The visit comes within the framework of partnerships between ADP GHQ and government institutions to exchange expertise in strategic planning areas and measurement of institutional performance.

After welcoming the visiting delegation Al Shuaibi said “ADP GHQ strategy focuses on the promotion of strategic work standards and development of institutional performance to achieve best results”

Then he has explained the progress of strategic development and ADP GHQ achievements. ADP is one the first institution that have introduce questionnaire system to measure performance and customer satisfaction, through the exchanged trust between the police and the community.

Reem Al Oni, Computer Engineer at the Department has presented an explanation about the Electronic Performance Indicators Programme “ACTUATE”.

At the end of the visit the delegation thanked ADP and lauded its development achievements in all areas in general and in strategic development in particular.

The Head of the delegation said “ADP is selected="true" for reviewing its model due to its high reputation and winning the first prize of excellence. ADP security performance has made our country an oasis of safety and we all feel proud of this achievement”.

At the end of the visit Al Shuaibi presented a memento to the delegation.
