“Abu Dhabi Licensing Department” Honors employees who cooperate with Customers Service Center
ADP Department of vehicles and Drivers Licensing has honored 33 persons from the Traffic Departments in the country and from local and federal departments for their cooperation with Customers Service Center.
Colonel Mohammad Mayoof al Kitbi, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department said on the occasion “The Department pays great attention to quality and excellence concepts. This is In order to promote services and to simplify procedures”.
The Customers Service Center received during the first half of this year (145914) calls on its phone number (600577777), The Center completed (23325) transactions during the same period.
He lauded the role of the honored personnel in customers’ service and in solving the customers’ problems without sending them to other Emirates to finalize their procedures. Thus they saved their time and efforts. He urged the honored employees to continue their distinguished performance in order to satisfy their customers.
The event was attended by Lt. Colonel Suhail Al Kheeli, Head of Vehicles Licensing Section, lt. Colonel Hamid Mohammad Shareef, Head of Support Services Section and a number of officers.
The Customers Service center was opened in May 2007 to answer customers’ enquiries regarding vehicles and drivers transactions and to solve the problems they face in collaboration with relevant Sections of the Department.
