Colonel Saeed Salem Al Shamesi, Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department in Al Ain paid an inspection visit to the peripheral offices of the Department to learn about the progress of work and ensure that services these offices offer to the public is a good quality one.

He listened to an explanation from the head of the peripheral offices about the progress of work, and took note about statistics of the number of daily transactions accomplished by these offices.

“The visit aims at promoting the direct communication between the department and its peripheral offices”, he said.

“This will develop productivity and allow getting familiarized with the progress of work without the need to wait for daily reports”, he added.

These service centers, he said, assisted a lot in reducing pressure on the main Department. They support it in developing the level of services and in getting the service at the same quality, he added. He underscored the keenness of the Department to assess the performance at these centers to ensure their required roles are carried out efficiently.
