The workshop, which was held at Zayed Hall at the General Directorate’s Headquarters, tackled in detail the proper ways to fill out forms pertaining to each initiative, with the participation of the initiative owner, and in the presence of initiative members and coordinators.

Colonel Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, stressed the directorate's keenness to support and encourage different types of initiatives, understand social reality, and promote the General Directorate's role and commitment to social responsibility. "Such measures would serve public interest and provide insight into the impact of implementing these initiatives and their moral outcome on customers to achieve the police leadership’s objectives of reaching full customer satisfaction," he said.

Colonel Al Zaabi also noted that as per its strategy, the Ministry of Interior aims at achieving excellence and success in performing the various tasks. “Each entity, leadership and department at the ministry is responsible of performing a number of different tasks that should be implemented according to a clear strategy.
