He reaffirmed the solicitude of our police leadership to honor and motivate distinguished personnel by resorting to many mechanisms, such as the Ideal Employee Award, recognizing distinguished personnel and issuing certificates of commendation and appreciation, as well as various incentives programs and systems, including medals and accolades awarded to police personnel.

Captain Nasser Mohammed Al Dahmani , Head of Career Paths at Abu Dhabi Police, said that the career path methodology is divided into three operations: Functional career officer plan for Police Academy Graduates, training career path program, and general framework of career paths for leadership posts, in addition to career path cards for officers, class officers, individuals and civilians, regarding functional data that help their future careers.

This introductory workshop falls within the plan established to strengthen communication and coordination between the Personnel Appraisal Department and methodology liaison officers.
