The Al Ain Police Directorate launched the "Path of Excellence" project for employees of its departments and affiliated centers, in addition to those who were assessed as excellent. This project was launched in a ceremony held at the Al Ain Police Officers Club.
In his address to 294 distinguished employees (both men and women), a number of senior officers, heads of departments, and branch managers, Brigadier Hamad Ajlan Al Amimi, Director of the Al Ain Police Directorate, stated that participating in the Quality and Excellence Awards identifies weaknesses and the best police practices, in addition to spreading the spirit of challenge among participants in order to obtain the Medal of Excellence.
He also underscored the importance of maintaining optimal performance levels, facing challenges, and linking personal and police work objectives. Additionally, he highlighted the value of knowledge and expertise transfer between colleagues. Brigadier Al Amimi wished the distinguished employees further success in their ongoing work in that it would be full of creativity and excellence in order to achieve higher levels of performance and services provided to the public.
The project takes on excellent employees and trains them specifically to participate in the Quality and Excellence Awards by adding them to specialized courses in different police and management fields. The awards include: His Highness Minister of Interior's Award for the Best Employee; the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance; and the Head of the Executive Board Merit.
