In its periodic meeting held at the meetings hall at the directorate’s headquarters, the Complaints and Proposals Work Teams at the Ajman Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs Directorate General discussed the Complaints and Proposals’ first quarter’s reports within the Naturalization, residency, and ports sectors.

During the meeting, which was attended by Captain Mohammad Saif Al Raisi, Chairman of the Complaints and Proposals Committee, the participants emphasized the need to educate coordinators on the importance of positively handling complaints and proposals, within the specified time limits in handling external customers’ complaints and proposals, creativity, and innovation sections. This will contribute to achieve high rates of satisfaction among customers and human resources, through the Complaints and Proposals Department, with a high level of professionalism that reflects the level of institutional development attained by the Ministry of Interior in providing distinguished services to both internal and external customers.

Moreover, the team recommended the importance of organizing training workshops in order to educate the teams on the means to handle complaints and proposals,  via the electronic system launched by the Ministry of Interior in 2011 (fms.ae).  They also called for supporting motivation in the institutional development process by submitting creative proposals to optimize the Complaints and Proposals process within the Naturalization, residency, and ports sectors.
