The Organizational Excellence Secretariat Section at the Strategy and Performance Development Department has concluded two EFQM Leaders for Excellence Trainings where 30 trainees representing the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, Civil Defence Command, and the General Directorate of Residency and Expatriates Affairs have participated.
Head of the Organizational Excellence Secretariat Section, Captain Rashed Abdullah Al Dosari said the leaders for excellence training programs (L4E) have focused on the approach followed in assessment process, method of assessment (RADAR), and the connection between excellence standards and the main concepts of excellence.
The program comes as a completion for the march of excellence pursued by the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, and as implementation for its plans that are related with innovation and development of human resources, to further achieve customer service satisfaction and propagate the culture of quality and excellence.
