The General Directorate for Residency and Expatriates Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah organized the first customer day, in presence of Brigadier Sultan Al Nuaimi, director of the directorate and head departments.
Customers were given chance to voice their suggestions, complaints and enquiries on various aspects of work at the directorate. Questionnaires have been distributed to participants to measure customers’ satisfaction on the idea of the open day and on the services offered by the directorate to the public.
Organizing the open day embodies the policy of the Ministry of Interior in dealing with the needs of its customers and working on solving any problem facing them, pointed out Brigadier Al Nuaimi.
It is also a call to ensure an easy and transparent access to customers to meet officials without obstacles, he further added, reiterating the directorate’s endeavors to maintain public confidence through providing highly quality services.
