Lt Colonel Talib Abdul Karim Al Mahmoud, Head of Information and Public Relations at the Office of Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs met with the head sections of information and public relations and customer services at the General Directorates of Residency and Expatriates affairs at the countrywide level.
During the meeting, held at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Residency and Expatriates Affairs in Sharjah, attendees have discussed the resolution of the assistant undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs regarding the formation of outstanding team in information and customer service.
Attendees have also agreed on the work mechanism of customer service and the coordinative procedures to be applied at the naturalization, residency and ports sector.
They have affirmed significance of cooperation and coordination to achieve the tasks and jurisdictions of the information and public relations and customers services sections.
