Abu Dhabi Police prepared a comprehensive training program on corporate leadership, where it developed training material and workshops in view of supporting quality representatives and managers with the required knowledge systems and skills to manage administrative systems efficiently.
The Strategy and Performance Development Department at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, organizer of the program, seeks to adopt guidelines of the police leadership in rehabilitating human resources at Abu Dhabi Police.
Colonel Faisal Sultan Al Shu'aibi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development, explained that the program consists of six training portfolios, starting with defining corporate leadership concepts, types and elements, and concluding with practical training on auditing operations.
“The program focuses on active means to solve problems, as well as on analysis and triangular thinking, which is based on gathering and presenting similar ideas, from the top down to the base of the pyramid, followed by presenting ideas smoothly. The program also encompasses a learning mechanism for individuals and trainees, active presentation methods, leader skills and convenient training methods, all of which meet the needs of the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters Personnel,” he added.
