Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, received separately in his office on Monday, HE Dominic Jermey, UK Ambassador to the UAE and HE Dr Najibullah Mehdi, Afghanistan Ambassador to the UAE.
During the meetings, His Highness and the two Ambassadors exchanged views on a number of topics of mutual interest; as well as ways to strengthen relations between the UAE and both the UK and Afghanistan.
The two meetings were attended by Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director - General of the Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police; and Colonel Saud Al Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of His Highness, the Minister.
