The Complaints and Suggestions Department in the Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General in the Ministry of Interior discussed strategies to monitor, track, and evaluate the roles branch managers and coordinators. Discussions also addressed ways to manage the time required to close complaints and suggestions received by the department through an internal system for such feedback.
Major Mohammed Ismail Al Harmoudi, Head of Complaints and Suggestions Department, chaired the meeting, which was attended by branch managers and coordinators of the complaints and suggestions system. The meeting, which was held at the Ministry of Interior, discussed the acknowledgment framework within the suggestions system adopted by the department. It also discussed required amendments on the system and work processes, along with other related topics.
