The number of applications received by the «we are all police» initiative launched by Abu Dhabi Police earlier this month, about 2,000 applications for enrollment through the website of the initiative, that aims to build bridges of communication between the community and Abu Dhabi Police. Achieving greater involvement of its members in the security efforts of the police, reflecting a positive impact on security in the emirate, and is in the context of raising the public happiness.
Initiative (ESHAM)
This initiative opens the door to all members of the community of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi from different nationalities who find in themselves the efficiency and ability to adhere to its membership, and to contribute in maintaining the safety and security of their communities, neighborhoods and residential areas. Thereby preserving the achievements of the emirate and the safety and security enjoyed by all members of the community.
Under «we are all police» initiative members of the community in all its segments and groups can join this initiative, which will contribute to raise the level of awareness and self-development through providing them with different skills and expertise through their dealings with a broad spectrum of societal diversity of Abu Dhabi.
Initiative «Moral Education»
This initiative dedicates the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may God have mercy upon him), the founding father of the United Arab Emirates, may God rest his soul, and His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan - may God protect him and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of Armed Forces, in keen to cultivate peaceful coexistence and tolerance in the hearts of all members of community, which will have a positive impact in the current and future lives.
The initiative is an integral part of the «Moral Education» initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which sets for productive cognitive coupled with a package of ethical principles that will promote family and community.
Initiative (Abu Dhabi Plan)
«We are all police» initiative inspired values and the foundations of the Abu Dhabi plan, which provides a «safe community». And working to support this by focusing on two main points to ensure the maintenance of security: through keeping pace with the rapid evolution of the growth of population in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and work to double the number of individuals involved in security affairs, and this is what the initiative is seeking to achieve through consecration of community participation in issues that are related directly to its security.
