Brigadier Sheikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al Mualla, Commander-in-Chief of Umm Al Quwain Police, recently met in his office Brigadier Hamad Khamis Al Dhaheri, Deputy Head of the Punitive and Correctional Establishments Department at the Ministry of Interior and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed the methods of promoting collaboration and coordination in security areas between Umm Al Quwain Police General Headquarters and the Directorate General of Punitive and Correctional Establishments at the Ministry of Interior.

Brigadier Al Dhaheri and his accompanying delegation also visited the Punitive and Correctional Establishments Department at Umm Al Quwain and were greeted upon arrival by Major Dr. Saif Salem Al Ali, Director of the Department, chiefs of sections, and a number of officers from the Punitive and Correctional Establishments Department at Umm Al Quwain.  

During the meeting, Brigadier Al Dhaheri and his accompanying delegation reviewed the workflow and the institution’s organizational structure. They then toured its facilities, during which he was briefed on the adopted procedures in dealing with inmates.
