Saif Bin Zayed Academy of Police and Security Sciences has implemented the distance learning system by following the latest advanced technologies and as one of the priorities at the current stage in the UAE and enjoys the support and follow-up of the leadership, which continuously follows the progress of the educational and training process to ensure the future of learners and the continuity of education under exceptional circumstances, while maintaining their security and safety.
Brigadier Thani Butti Al Shamsi, Director of the Saif Bin Zayed Academy of Police and Security Sciences, discussed with the department's technical team future plans to transform training halls from the traditional system to a distance learning system by introducing some technical improvements to 18 classrooms and converting their two halls into an interactive training system, according to the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
He inspected the progress of the work in the department of police rehabilitation in the academic sector and listened to an explanation about the medical preventive measures followed by the administration as well as reviewed the new buildings and the adoption of the modifications required to implement the buildings according to the future need, in the presence of Brigadier Muhanna al-Nuaimi, director of the Department of Police Rehabilitation.
The Academy recently organized the first-of-its-kind training course in the SAT system by means of remote visual communication technology and focused on identifying the systematic training system and how to apply it in Abu Dhabi Police, and understanding the terms used within the systematic training system to enable trainees to design, implement and evaluate training and educational courses and programs in a scientifically recognized way that reflects positively on the qualification and upgrading of staff.
