​A survey conducted by Abu Dhabi Police in Both Arabic and English, revealed that the media awareness messages it publishes to promote "Traffic Safety" are at the forefront of the attention of 55% of social media users, while "Crime enforcment" and "Smart services" came in second place, with 22.5% each.

Brig. Gen. Mohammed Ali Al Muhairi, Director of Security Media, Abu Dhabi Police, explained that the survey is part of ongoing efforts to review and evaluate the "digital content" published by Abu Dhabi Police to identify the most preferred media materials, among the audience, on social media platforms, in order to improve and develop the process of continuous communication between Abu Dhabi Police and its audience.

He added that surveys in recent years have confirmed the interest of members of the community in media campaigns and awareness messages, which promote the awareness of road users, stimulate positive traffic behaviors, and warn against abuses and irresponsible behaviors, which put their owners and others at risk on the roads.

He stressed that the security media benefits from the results of the polls, in reorienting the "Digital content making", to the accounts and pages of Abu Dhabi Police, on social networks, to enhance the effectiveness of media messages, increase their dissemination, impact, and public interaction with them, in order to achieve the strategic priorities of Abu Dhabi Police, aimed at enhancing trust and effective communication, between them and their local and international audiences.

Abu Dhabi Police's  through its media and communication channels provide news, comprehensive and video services, as well as awareness messages and proactive warning alerts, on the road emergencies, around the clock, confirming the partnership between the police and the community, to enhance the security and safety in Abu Dhabi.
